How to receive a quote
You can ask a quote through the "price request" form in each product page or directly sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or contacting us by phone at +39 055 3989901. We usually answer within the next working day. Please remember that we can also customize our pieces in sizes and finishes.
How to place your order
Each piece is made to order and to confirm the order a 30% non-refundable deposit (or 50% for custom pieces) is required. The deposit is used to reserve the raw materials in our warehouse for your order. As soon as we receive the deposit, we will send you the order confirmation.
We accept the following methods of payment: wire transfer and credit card (this has 3% surcharge for bank fee).
Each piece is numbered and made to order in our Atelier in Florence. The standard production time is approximately 10 weeks, depending on the items you selected and on the production plan. The estimated “ready for shipment” date is specified in the order confirmation. As soon as the order is ready, you will be informed and you will receive the final invoice for proceeding with balance payment. If you would like to receive pictures during the production process, to see how your piece is born, do not hesitate to ask.
If you require us to take care of the shipment, we will send you the best shipment quote. Orders are shipped from Florence, Italy. All the products are carefully packed to comply with carrier requirements and they are delivered with the best shipping companies. Every shipment is insured.
We’re only responsible for damage to goods which occur in transit or storage handled by us. When you receive your order, always sign reserving the right to check for damage. In case of damage please sign stating that damage is present. In order to get insurance refund for damage caused by shipment, please be sure to open, and perform a detailed inspection within two business days of receiving your order. If you suspect that your piece was damaged during shipment, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at +39 055 3989901 within this time period.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 10 days from date of delivery. We must be informed by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and it must be accepted with our written consent. We will charge a 20% restocking fee. You can ship your piece back only if it has not been installed, in new re-salable condition in its original packaging. The return shipment and import duties back to Italy (if any) will be at your charge. Once the piece reaches our warehouse and is confirmed to be in the same state it was initially shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Returns for custom pieces are not accepted.
We highly recommend hiring a qualified electrician to install your lighting fixtures and a qualified technician to install your furniture pieces. We’re not responsible for any product damage incurred due to faulty installation. We warrant our pieces to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery. During this warranty period, we will repair, or replace, at our option, free of charge, pieces that are proven to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from accident, alteration, tampering, misuse, negligence or abuse.
We work on a continuing basis to adapt, design, and manufacture fixtures in conformity with US electrical standards. A number of products have ETL listings, while for others ETL listings are pending. Whenever the ETL listing is an absolute requirement for the installation of the selected fixtures, please contact us for a ETL listing update.
Product specifications and dimensions
For manufacturing and/or improvement reasons we reserve the right to change, at any time without prior warning, the technical and/or design specifications of any product illustrated in the catalog.
Solid wood warning
The solid wood normally has marks such as color differences, knots, darker or lighter spots etc. These aspects are typical of the material and should not be considered as defects.
Our solid wood pieces are properly made to be installed in locations with normal conditions of temperature (16°-25°) and humidity (40%-65%). We can’t be responsible for damages due to stocking or placing solid wood pieces in altered/not normal conditions of temperature and humidity.
Solid crystal warning
Due to the particular characteristics in the art of artisan crystal, pieces made by hand may present air bubbles. These aspects are typical of the crystal products and should not be considered as defects.
We use high-quality leathers. The leather surface can have marks such as roughness, differing degrees of shine or shading etc. These aspects are typical of the material and should not be considered as defects.
