How to receive a quotation

You can ask an estimate through the "price request" form in each product page or
directly sending an email to: info@ilpezzomancante.com. We usually answer within the next working day.
Please remember that we can also customize our pieces in sizes and finishes.

How to purchase

To confirm the order we kindly ask a 30% deposit by bank wire. The deposit is used to reserve the raw materials in our
warehouse for your order.
As soon as we receive the deposit, we will send you an invoice for monies received and the order confirmation.
Production time is from 8 to 10 weeks depending on the items you selected and on the production plan.
The estimated delivery date will be specified with the order confirmation.
As soon as the piece is ready, we send you some pictures in order to proceed with balance payment.
If you would like to receive pictures also during the production, to see how your piece is born, do not hesitate to ask.

Shipment

We can take care of the shipment, in this case we send you the best shipment cost. 
Every shipment is covered by insurance. When you will receive the goods it's very important to verify the packaging integrity
and always sign reserving the right to check for damage. Like this, in case of damage you can take your time to check the goods status.
In order to get insurance refund for damage caused by shipment, please check the items within 3 working days from the delivery.

Samples

If you would like to visit our Atelier in Florence, it would be a pleasure for us to meet you.
The Atelier is always open, on appointment. 
If you don't have the chance to come here, we can ship to you material samples and metal finishes to show you our quality.
